  • A Transaction Coordinator is the main individual responsible for overseeing the entire process by interacting with all the parties involved in the contract from other realtors, lenders, title companies, etc. Also, it is the Transaction Coordinator’s responsibility to ensure the completion and execution of all paperwork within all deadlines.

  • A transaction coordinator will alleviate many task that Real Estate agents endure to allow agents to acquire more transactions and customers. Our TCs will keep every little detail in check to avoid any aspects of the transaction from falling through the cracks. Our TCs will alleviate time-consuming administrative tasks to allow the agent to focus more on gaining new clients.

  • We get paid when the transaction closes. Should the sale not happen, there will be no fee.

  • We are available from Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 12 am - 4 pm. We are also available outside those depending upon availability.
